Prevention:
- Avoid Exposing the skin to daylight between 10am to 3pm.
- Eating tomatoes can help fight against sunburn and wrinkles, eating five tablespoons of tomato paste helps skin's ability to protect against harmful UV rays. These rays can lead to premature ageing and even skin cancer.
Add five drops of lavender oil to three tablespoon of sweet almond oil, and apply to the sun burnt skin.
